"For several years we have been trying to come up with a plan for making our flat roof above the double garage into the ‘wow! Factor’ it deserved. It has spectacular views down to the houses of the Bradford on Avon Valley and a panoramic view of the distant Westbury White Horse and further across the plains towards Salisbury. The old surrounding rails were in a very poor condition, as was the old loose chipping surface of the main roof. We hardly ever used the area, other than to water the plants in troughs. After several attempts of getting estimates from different company’s without getting all we were after, I contacted TimberTech and requested the samples. I then talked through my ideas and thoughts with the very helpful Melissa who went through possible costs, ideas etc. and with the help of a few photo’s sent, and various e-mails, a designer called at the property and designed exactly what the roof needed. It was a big project as it included a glass Balustrade surround, plus steps to the lower patio area. This of course all took time to complete but we are absolutely delighted with the completed effect. This improvement definitely increases our enjoyment of the outdoor space and surrounding view. It also will enhance and increase the sale ability of our property. Many thanks to Melissa and all the team of workers. "

"Small roof terrace--we laid down the decking to elevate any level the area, and improve the aesthetic of the terrace. The elevation allows better drainage and a much better look to the terrace. We are having other finishing work done and look forward to putting in new furniture in May."
"Just had our decking laid. Neil and Jack, the fitters were superb! They worked non stop in very difficult conditions, only breaking for half an hour at lunch time. Nothing was too much trouble, despite it being a very challenging shape which involved cutting every piece at different angles [it is roughly triangular in shape.] Although expensive to fit, having seen what it involved with the frame and plastic supports, not to mention the boards themselves, it was worth every penny!! I can't praise them highly enough!"

"Up until now, I have never been a fan of decking, especially given our climate which makes traditional wooden decking a totally unsuitable option, and only suitable in my view for a `quick fix` to flog the house, or install it in the middle east where it seldom rains. "Extremely happy with our new patio, due largely to the gorgeous Tigerwood decking we chose. The colour and grain look very natural, it very easy to clean, and so far hasn't been affected by even heavy rain. It is also wonderfully comfortable to walk on with bare feet - no splinters to worry about! We've had a few 'hot' days (for the UK!) and the garden gets very warm, especially underneath the perspex patio roof, but the decking hasn't ever been too hot to walk on. It's only been about 6 weeks since we installed it, but so far it's made a huge difference to our house. The service was great too, and delivery was much quicker than other suppliers. Very satisfied overall."

I subsequently supplied the team there with my design which they provided advice on and priced out (which included a suitable amount of contingency / wastage). I installed the decking myself which was very straight forward to do and I really like the concealed fastenings to the base (so you don't see any screw heads etc)....looks great ! "

"We purchased Radiance Rail from TimberTech a few years ago for our front porch. At the same time we purchased a low cost composite deck from a different supplier to complete the porch and it failed within two years! We came back to the Slough showroom to discuss options for replacing this failed deck from another supplier. The staff in the Slough showroom were very informative and friendly - they made us feel confident that we had chosen well, and with TimberTech's product guarantee, I know we won't have to replace the decking this time!
