TimberTech Decking Warranty

All TimberTech products are made from a technologically advanced composite wood material that is designed to provide years of low-maintenance use and enjoyment. For residential applications, our wood composite boards are warrantied against checking, splitting, decay, rot and splintering for 25 / 30 years. Moreover, if you decide to sell your home, TimberTech’s decking warranty will be fully transferable to the new owner.

Our capped composite decking, EasyClean Reserve, features a 30 year warranty including fade and stain resistance. Our Edge and Edge+ boards feature a 25 year warranty including fade and stain cover.

For commercial installations, we offer a 10 year warranty as standard.

TimberTech Railing Systems have a warranty for 25 years (residential) & 10 Years (commercial).

Deck Care Tips

We recommend periodic cleaning of your TimberTech deck to help the boards retain their original appearance.
