TimberTech composite wood products, including our green decking and handrails, are made with reclaimed wood that would otherwise go into landfills. We keep over 45 million kilograms of wood waste out of landfills every year! Several million kilograms of composite scrap product per year is reclaimed and put back into our manufacturing process, our green decking is just one of the products it goes back into.

Meanwhile, our Handrail Deck Lights utilise low-voltage bulbs, which are more energy efficient than regular bulbs and, unlike wood, TimberTech’s green decking doesn’t require paint, sealers or stains – all potentially harmful products to the environment
