Specially formulated using advanced colour pigmentation to replicate tropical hardwood colour and grain variations, Earthwood Evolutions Tropical Collection mimics the look and feel of real tropical hardwood. Unlike traditional hardwoods, TimberTech’s Earthwood Evolutions Tropical decking never requires treatment. Time and exposure will only serve to enhance the natural colour of the deck.

Earthwood Evolutions Natural Collection is the ultimate in long-lasting, low maintenance decking. It looks warm and natural (just like wood), has natural earthy tones, but is scratch, stain and fade resistant – it even comes with a 25-year warranty. Perfect for modern busy lives, leaving your precious leisure time for the important business of relaxing.
Earthwood Evolutions decking boards are available in two profiles. The grooved edged option allows the use of CONCEALoc®, a Hidden Fastener System which means almost no visible fixings. Meanwhile, solid profiled Earthwood Evolutions decking boards are face fixed in the traditional manner using colour matched screws.

  1. Always keep the shallow groove which appears on one edge of each board consistently on the same side. As the fibres of each board are directional, this will ensure the sun casts a consistent shadow, giving a uniform shade throughout.
  2. If using CONCEALoc® Hidden Fastener System, the leading and trailing edge of the first and last board will still need to be face fixed using TOPLoc™Colour matched composite deck screws.
  3. For the neatest installation pre-drill (but do not countersink) 4mm holes when face fixing boards.
  4. TimberTech is easy to install using standard wood working tools. TimberTech boards can be drilled, nailed sawn or routed with no danger of rot.
  5. Maximum joist span 400mm for loads up to 490kg/m².
  6. We recommend a 3mm gap between boards. CONCEALoc® Hidden Fastener System automatically provide the recommended 3-4mm gap between boards.
