Composite Wood Decking: Case Studies

TimberTech has been chosen for a very unusual renovation project - the iconic lifeboat station in Tenby harbour, which featured on Channel 4’s Grand Designs programme recently. The property has been transformed into a light, open space with all the charm of the old lifeboat station and all the comforts of a modern family home. To make the most of the property’s unique location and stunning vistas, an exclusive suspended balcony fitted with VertiGrain Cedar decking has been installed.

Homeowners at Watermark, a luxury holiday resort in the Cotswolds, have recently commissioned TimberTech to replace rotting timber decking and handrails with our low maintenance wood composite products. TimberTech are now a Watermark-specified supplier, with our grey VertiGrain deck and white Radiance Rails featuring on dozens of Watermark Holiday Homes.

When Mr and Mrs Cato bought a bespoke park home on a luxury park home holiday site, they turned to TimberTech to help plan and install their dream outdoor living space. With outdoor living being a large part of life at the resort, the park home was transformed with decking around three sides of the home, and a second TimberTech deck on the roof providing uninterrupted views of the park’s marina.

When Mr Grundy needed an outdoor living space that would allow him to make the most of his idyllic surroundings he contacted TimberTech. The result is 70 square metres of decking and a glass balustrade system providing uninterrupted view of the surrounding Derbyshire Dales.

TimberTech composite wood decking products have been specified for two brand new care homes based in South Yorkshire. The Rotherham Council owned Care Homes - Davies Court in Dinnington, near Sheffield, and the Lord Hardy Court in Rawmarsh, Rotherham, feature over 1400 square metres of TimberTech composite wood decking in the external areas of the care home.
